Stefanie Ashton is a partner in the law firm of Gentry & Ashton. Ms. Ashton received her BA in Political Science and her MA in Criminal Justice from Chapman University. While working full time, Ms. Ashton attended Loyola Law School where she received her Juris Doctor in 2001. Admitted to practice law that same year, Ms. Ashton began her legal carrier as an Associate Attorney in a premier Orange County Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm specializing in Elder Abuse. With a young family to raise, Ms. Ashton transitioned to a firm specializing in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. After having been an Associate Attorney in the Law Offices of David E. Gentry for over 10 years, in January 2014, Ms. Ashton became a Partner in the law firm of Gentry & Ashton. Throughout the course of her carrier, Ms. Ashton has participated in the litigation of several multi-million dollar personal injury and workers’ compensation cases and has assisted hundreds of clients in their pursuit of equity.

Ms. Ashton is an active member of the California Applicant Attorneys Association and the Orange County Bar Association. She also co-authored the article “Interaction of Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Cases; A Basic Primer and Ideas on How to Maximize Recovery” which was published in the May/June 2013 issue of FORUM magazine.

In her free time, Ms. Ashton enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and is an avid Angels Baseball fan.
